1. Introduction & Binding Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of luxury travel management, flight reservations, private charters, bespoke accommodations, VIP airport protocol, and concierge logistics provided by Taivas Alto Limited (“Taivas Alto”, “we”, “us”). By engaging our services or commissioning an itinerary, you (“Client”) agree to be legally bound by these terms.
2. Concierge Engagement & Itinerary Confirmation
All itineraries, flight bookings, aircraft charters, hotel reservations, and executive transfers are subject to confirmation upon receipt of agreed deposits or full payment. Quotes provided are dynamic and reflect real-time aviation inventory, slot availability, and prevailing exchange rates until formal ticket issuance.
3. Travel Documentation & Visas
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all travellers hold valid passports (with at least six months validity), required entry visas, transit permits, and health certifications. While Taivas Alto provides comprehensive VIP visa advisory and liaison services, the final decision to grant entry resides exclusively with sovereign immigration authorities.
4. Amendments, Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary according to the specific commercial airline fare rules, charter operator contracts, and luxury property terms governing your itinerary:
- Commercial Flights: Governed by the respective operating airline’s tariff regulations, change fees, and refund criteria.
- Private Jet Charters: Cancellation terms are stipulated in the bespoke aircraft charter agreement provided prior to slot locking.
- VIP Protocol & Transfers: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled tarmac arrival may be non-refundable due to airport authority slot allocations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Taivas Alto operates with the utmost care, diligence, and elite partner selection. However, we act as an intermediary for airlines, charter operators, luxury hotels, and ground transport providers. We are not liable for delays, mechanical flight disruptions, weather diversions, or acts of state beyond our direct operational control.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any contractual disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the competent courts of Lagos State.
